ROLE OF ENGINEERING IN THE DEVELOPEMENT OF INDIA

HIiiiii friends. Today I want to discuss about "The Role of Engineering in The Development of India". Generally we all are familiar with the engineering most of you are doing engineering or most of others are preparing for it and many of us had done it. You all know that India is a developing country it has second position in the world for its population. But still it is not taking the growth as it should be taken. Engineers play an important role in the development of a country. Engineers discovers the new technology. These technologies are used to make a country better or developed. Here are so many institute in India which manufacture million of engineers every year. But mostly of them are want to do work in foreign country. WHY???? We made them engineer after that they do not want to do anything for their country. This country made them engineering still they don't have any duty for their country. We have seven best IIT in india which manufacture the world's top class engineer but how many of them are work for us. If we take an example of America then there are mostly Indians upon many higher post. Now just think one that if they all are come back in our country and start doing work for us then suppose what's the speed for our growth or development. In my opinion our goverment should have a contract that after passing out each engineer must do work for his country atleast three year and contribute with them who are trying to become India a develope country after three he is free and will be for doing work at anywhere. By doing this we can make a step better for our development. THEN TELL ME IS THERE SHOULD BE A CONTRACT FOR EACH ENGINEER SOTHAT HE CAN WORK FOR HIS COUNTRY AND HELP IT TO DEVELOP VERY FAST.     well what u said is rite but you know what there are lots of things except engineering or engineers the very first thing is that here are lots of person who are trying to make our country better and sever the nation wisely

    Who wants to stay in a country
    Where people are alloted engineering seats based on caste and not on talent
    I think there no other country where this kind of system is followed
